During the course of hearing, Shri Jain stated that copy of rejoinder filed by the petitioner has not been received by them. However, he will give another copy of the rejoinder to the respondent. 3. The petitioner is directed to provide another copy of rejoinder to the counsel of the respondents within three days. 4.
