As per this report, renewable power obligation of the respondent for the year 2018-19 has been duly complied. The petitioner has nothing to say on the compliance report. 4. We have gone through the facts of the case and the status report on RPO compliance filed by the respondent. We are satisfied that the respondent has met its obligation regarding purchase of renewable power. Therefore, no further action is required in the matter. Accordingly, the petition is disposed. |
